LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We acknowledge that Bonne Bay has been home to Indigenous peoples for thousands of years. The Maritime Archaic, Groswater Palaeo-Eskimo, and later the Mi’kmaq walked these lands, fished these waters, and built deep connections with this place long before European contact. We also recognize the Beothuk, who once lived throughout Newfoundland, and honour their enduring legacy. We recognize the ongoing presence and stewardship of Indigenous peoples and honour their past, present, and future contributions to this land.

About Tuff

Paul is an accomplished musician and gifted songwriter and arranger - he infuses his music with a blend of western and eastern influences, crafting a uniquely Canadian folk experience.

Kendra possesses a warm contralto and a natural affinity for traditional ballads and country tunes. She connects emotionally with lyrics that tell the stories of her home, charming audiences with her natural gift.

When these two remarkable talents come together to host Woody Point of View, their music resonates with emotion and authenticity, transporting audiences to a place where the past meets the present in harmony.

When not singing on stage, you can find Paul singing a tune on his boat in the bay and you can find Kendra greeting you in the business she co-owns with her parents, The Merchant Warehouse.
